Scam, bugs, dirty, host is the worst. I would give this a negative if I could. Don’t believe me? Go check this out yourself. Maybe you get lucky and get one of the better rooms i wouldn’t know because the host isn’t helpful when you tell him problems. This place is a dumpster

Very nice rooms and clean. Staff was responsive. Only thing that was misleading was that clients with stays that are less than 5 days don’t get access to the gym or the outdoor pools. This was not mentioned in the property listing.

We had a very disappointing experience. Before arrival we were asked to send passport details through WhatsApp, and several messages were later deleted, which raised concerns for us from the beginning. When we arrived, front desk staff refused assistance and directed us to communicate only with the owner/host. We also noticed signage suggesting short-term stays may not be permitted in the building. The apartment itself did not match the quality or presentation shown in the listing photos. The main issue was access and security. On our first night we returned around 10:30pm and discovered the access card provided would not unlock the foyer entrance to reach the elevators. We were locked outside with all of our passports, luggage and belongings still inside the apartment. Security staff refused to assist and we could not contact the host despite repeated attempts. We only regained entry because another resident allowed us into the building around 10:45pm. The following morning the apartment door lock malfunctioned and would not reliably lock or open. A technician attended but appeared unable to repair it properly. At one point he agreed to help us with the foyer access issue, but when the lift doors opened downstairs he ran out of the building and never returned. Due to the ongoing access problems, lack of support and security concerns, we booked alternative accommodation the following day and left the property early. This was the most stressful accommodation experience.

We stayed at this hotel as a couple for 6 nights and felt warmly welcomed from the very first moment. The friendly check-in and complimentary room upgrade made our stay feel special right away. The hotel has a perfect, very central location and is ideal for exploring the city. Our room was comfortable, very clean, and had everything we needed. Overall, the entire hotel was always well maintained and spotless. Breakfast was delicious every morning, with a great variety and something for everyone. What truly makes this hotel unforgettable is the staff. From the reception team to the managers, everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. A special thank you to Mary, Kelly, and Kathie for their exceptional hospitality. I was especially grateful for the support after I injured my foot outside. The team immediately helped us and made the whole situation much easier. This level of kindness and genuine care is something we will never forget. Thank you again to the entire team for such a wonderful stay. We would happily return anytime and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.
