„Really loved my stay at Kelly's place. Cozy and quiet, yet just a short ride into town. Kelly responded right away whenever I had a question and did everything possible to make the stay enjoyable. The kitchen and bathrooms have everything you need. Even had a full propane tank ready to go when the current one ran out. Will stay there again when I'm in the Binghamton area.“

„Cutest home in great location for my high school reunion weekend! The host was amazing!!! She let us check in early and have a late check out. It made our trip so pleasant!! She was so very kind. The home was perfect for our needs and we loved staying there! Nice backyard area to chat with friends as well. Walkable to downtown Binghamton. Beds very comfy. Highly recommend!!!“

„The place look older with three different floors. The first level had 3 rooms for each tenant but have to share the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The furniture is outdated but you have a couches and dining table. The 55 inch TV has cable but very limited channels. You have tenants living upstairs and in the basement but they have their own code and access to their respective floors. The place could utilize some updates but it’s worth the price to stay if you were by yourself. The landlord ...

„Ich wurde sehr freundlich vom Gastgeber empfangen und herumgeführt. Die Unterkunft ist mehr als vollständig ausgestattet. Ich hatte besonders viel Spass mit dem Gasgrill am Pavillon direkt am Wasser und der reichhaltigen Schallplattensammlung nebst Musiktruhe Plattenspieler und CD.“
