Hotels Big Rock

„Nice Hotel, but to far from away from Chicago“

„Never again cant even get my security deposit back“

„This is not a typical suite hotel, its an extended stay place. While it does have an exercise room, any other amenities like towel exchanges, room cleaning, sheets, etc. are weekly or on demand. No breakfast, even coffee, which is locked in a room accessible only with a key card. I think there is laundry facilities on site but wityh the general cleanliness, I would stay far away from it. This place needs a lot of love. Hallways are dingy, bathroom faucets drip, rooms are in need of paint, ...

„Sauber und aufgeräumt, sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstück, kleies Indoorpool, gut gelegen. WLAN super. “

„The Rooms are very clean and very comfortble. However I was shocked that the deshes and cutlery was made of plastic in the breakfast room. Also there was a fridge and a microwave in the room (which is very comfortable), but no dishes… Teh breakfast was not very nice.“

„Thank you“

„Clean Room, Great Staff!“
