„The house was very clean and cute inside. The kitchen was well equipped for our month long stay. The beds were comfortable. We stayed during very hot weather. The house stayed cool without excess use of the air conditioners. The only negative is the parking. The front gravel could possible hold a fourteen foot boat if you are very good at backing up a trailer. Fortunately the neighbor across the street will rent his parking area for a very nominal fee. He also allowed us to potty our dog ...

„Great place that’s family friendly. We loved the dock access. Neighbors are friendly as well. The couch turns into a bed so that was a plus for our group. The only thing we recommend is to have more bedding available such as blankets etc..“

„This property is beautiful and clean and stocked with many extras. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Parker! The covered parking is a bonus, along with the nice bbq and outdoor eating area.“

The tiny house was clean however there was a lot of dog hair on the couch. The host did not respond in a timely manner for some of the questions we had, but overall we really enjoyed our stay and really enjoyed the patio and being right next to the boat launch!“

„We had a great time at the Road Runner Resort. The house was clean and well equipped with all we needed. Would have loved to spend time on the upper deck, but it was a bit cold and also the chairs were dirty. I can see how, as there are birds everywhere and it would be impossible to keep it clean. We were glad there weren't a lot of people as we happened to be right next to the pool and it might have gotten noisy, but would still have been fun!
