Loved the open canal view, we rented a boat for the week and getting to the ocean/bay and parking was incredibly easy. We only cooked once, but the kitchen was well stocked as was the house, plenty of towels, paper products, soaps, there was even a nice selection of spice so we didn't have to spend a lot of money on the little things that add up. „So glad we found this location. Nice and peaceful but close to anything we needed. Sitting on the porch was so relaxing, watching boats go by. The house was very comfortable. Only wish the 2nd bedroom had a working TV. Our host was quick to answer any issue we had and left some great suggestions on places to eat. „Very cute house! I didn't want to leave. Had plenty of everything. I definitely will stay there again. I have recommennded this house to several people after returning from our trip. The house had really nice & big washer & dryer. Was nice to come home with a suitcase of clean clothes rather than a hamper of dirty clothes. „Good contact to owner. House was as described/seen in pictures and clean. Bed was comfortable, kitchen ok, fridge a little bit loud at night. Unfolded couch (sleeping mode) not recommened for adults, mattress too soft, but good for a child. Air condition and ceiling fan as well as WiFi very good. Cabana Club was nice and a good playground is not far away. Conclusion: nice house, well equipped and affordable. Gladly again.“

„We stayed for a week in May! The location was great! The house had pretty much everything we needed. The beds were comfy. The pool was awesome! We paid for the heat in the hot tub but didn’t need it! Lots of seating outside. The ceiling fans on the lanai were great! They had so many towels! They do require you wash towels (that aren’t part of everyday use in the bathroom) but that was no big deal with the stackable washer and dryer in the house.“

„The property is new and easy to access. We choose to stay here mainly for three reasons. The 50' Boat slip, Pool, and walking beach access. Overall the property is a good little getaway. It is directly infront of a busy intersection which the master bedroom boarders and will hear with its proximity to the road. „Our stay was great! The description is accurate. We enjoyed our 6 Mid-March days at "Cozy Perfect Conch Cottage." Yes, it's technically camping, but it's very NICE camping...in a campground...but a very NICE campground. The bed we used (there were only 2 of us) was super comfortable. The WiFi worked great.
