„Property was very clean and well apporpriated. Owner was very accessible and helpful with messaging. Very spacious and just 2 blocks from Mesa St. and UTEP campus. The only negatives we had were the hot water took very long to arrive when showering and the main bath shower pressure was very low and couldn't easily get shampoo out of hair. „Very relaxing getaway – well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Most enjoyed sitting and rocking in the rocking chairs on the large covered carport/patio watching squirrels scamper around in the trees and the very large yard area and listening to the birds in the mornings with our coffee and then in the evenings after returning from the day's adventures. Will definitely be the first place we try for a reservation on future trips to Alpine!“

„A place like this the view and location are what makes or break one. The location is right in the ghost town! Food and entertainment are right there! The view is unbelievable! I contacted her prior to my stay and never heard from her and the day of there was no answer sent multiple messages and her phone was off it would go straight to voicemail. They take your money and the night of your stay your left to fend for yourself and pay to stay at another location.
