LIFE ON THE LAKE
Step out onto the expansive deck and the lake becomes your private retreat. Fire up the barbecue for an alfresco dinner, then sink into the generous hot tub as the water glows gold beneath Big Bear's unforgettable sunsets. As evening falls, gather around the private fire pit under a sky full of stars. In spring, summer and fall, the stand-up paddle boards and kayaks are ready to launch from your own dock. In winter, sleds and snow toys await for days of play in the powder.

Ample, flat parking right on the driveway means no steep hills to navigate and no icy steps to brave, just an easy, graceful arrival all season long.

A KITCHEN WORTHY OF THE VIEW
The kitchen is designed for both the serious cook and the casual entertainer. It features a Sub-Zero refrigerator, an elegant brass pot filler, and hand-selected Japanese INAX tile with playful porthole accents.

WHERE YOU'LL SLEEP
- Primary suite (downstairs): a private sanctuary with a plush king bed, a smart TV and the warm glow of an electric fireplace. The en suite bath is a true indulgence, with radiant heated floors and a showpiece shower finished in INAX tile imported from Japan.
- Upstairs bedroom 1: a serene queen retreat with lake views and skylights overhead.
- Upstairs bedroom 2: a queen bed beneath skylights, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lake. Drift off stargazing from bed.
- Bonus room: a cozy hideaway for the kids, complete with its own TV.

BRING THE PUP
Dog lovers welcome! Up to three well-behaved, house-trained dogs are invited to join you at Loro's Lookout. Pups that do their business outside and leave the furniture alone are our favorite kind of guest. The pet fee is $50 per dog per night, and any fee not paid at booking is invoiced separately at the same rate. Just sign our short pet addendum before arrival, and your pups are all set.

Adjacent to the living room and eating nook, you'll discover a well-equipped kitchen featuring top-of-the-line amenities. The kitchen boasts luxurious Japanese INAX tiles with a convenient pot filler, a sink dispenser providing filtered hot and cold water, a spacious Sub Zero refrigerator, a drawer microwave, a Samsung dishwasher/range/oven, a coffee maker, French press, a coffee bean grinder, a standard toaster, and a Cusinart toaster/oven air fryer. Everything you desire in a vacation rental and more awaits you in this brand-new, fully equipped kitchen.


*A Note About The Bedrooms*

To promote rest, relaxation, and a peaceful environment, the two bedrooms upstairs intentionally do not have TVs. The unique A-Frame architecture of these rooms, with angled walls and high ceilings, has been modernized to evoke a clean, airy, and crisp ambiance, ensuring a unique experience during your stay.

The downstairs bedroom is the largest and includes a TV along with its own full bathroom, ambient electric fireplace and has black out curtains.


BATHROOMS

FULL Bath #1 is located inside the downstairs primary bedroom. This bathroom boasts heated pebble floors and showcases a uniquely arched Japanese INAX shower, a corner basin sink, a toilet, and other distinctive A-Frame architectural touches that add to the charm.

FULL Bath #2 is situated downstairs in the hallway, dedicated to the guests staying upstairs. This spacious bathroom also boasts heated pebble floors, a large and deep tub with a shower, a custom poured concrete floating vessel sink, and additional high-end touches that will make your stay extra special.

LIFE IN THE MOUNTAINS
Loro's Lookout sits right in the woods on the shore of Big Bear Lake, and that's a big part of its charm. Along with the views, you may run into a bit of mountain life: wind, snow, mud, pine sap and needles, and the occasional critter (ants, spiders and the like). Coyotes can be out at dusk and in the evening, so if you're bringing your dog, please keep a close eye on them at those times.

HOUSE RULES
We love sharing Loro's Lookout, and these rules help us keep it special for every guest and respectful to our neighbors. Big Bear Lake enforces its vacation rental rules strictly, so we do too. Violations may mean we have to ask you to leave without a refund. You'd also be responsible for any fines the City issues ($500 or more for a first offense), and your security deposit would be forfeited.

• The booking guest must be at least 25 years old.
• No parties or events.
• No smoking of any kind, including vaping, in or near the house.
• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests and 3 vehicles.
• Please don't invite visitors beyond the total number of guests allowed to stay at the house (6 adults max).
• No amplified or loud music that can be heard at the property line, at any time of day.
• Quiet hours and no hot tub use are strictly enforced from 10 pm to 7 am under City ordinance. Please turn off all patio lights and move the conversation inside by 10 pm.
• No street parking at any time.

A FEW HOUSE COURTESIES
• We'd prefer no shoes in the house.
• We don't expect you to clean, but we do ask you to keep things tidy. Please clear the table, scrape dishes into the garbage, and run them in the dishwasher.
• Please put items back where you found them.
• Our golden rule: treat this house as if it were your own.

Guest Access

Guest access is private to the Stargazer Property guests. Guests of Loro's Lookout will have exclusive access to the entire Loro's Lookout home, deck, hot tub, BBQ, Fire Pit and own outdoor dining area.

Other Things To Note

The Village is Big Bear's entertainment "downtown" showcasing great restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. Enjoy nature while being only a few minutes from civilization.
