Tucked among tall pine trees, Serenity Cabin blends modern design with mountain charm, creating an inviting setting where you can unwind, recharge, and enjoy time together - whether you’re soaking in the hot tub after a hike or gathering around the firepit on a crisp evening.

Living space
The main living area offers an open, welcoming layout with thoughtful design and elevated amenities throughout. Settle in with the Sonos surround sound system, stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV, or enjoy music throughout the home using the in-house iPad control. For entertainment, a PS5 with controllers and headset adds a fun, interactive option for both adults and kids. Large windows frame the surrounding forest, bringing in natural views and a sense of calm.

Kitchen and dining
The fully equipped kitchen is designed for both convenience and experience. Featuring modern appliances, a stocked pantry, and ample prep space, it’s ideal for everything from quick breakfasts to shared dinners. A standout coffee bar includes a Nespresso machine, French press, drip coffee maker, and a selection of syrups and extras - perfect for starting your day or enjoying a slow afternoon.

Sleeping arrangements
This two-level home offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating a variety of group types. The primary bedroom provides a quiet retreat with added touches like robes and premium linens, while additional bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged for comfort and flexibility. Extra sleeping space and cozy furnishings make it easy to accommodate families or small groups.

Outdoor living
Step outside into a private, fenced yard designed for year-round enjoyment. Relax in the hot tub, gather around the firepit in the evening, or cook meals on the BBQ and dine outdoors under the pergola. The space also includes turf for games and outdoor activities, along with comfortable seating areas for lounging or socializing. During warmer months, guests can enjoy outdoor games set up in the yard, while cooler seasons make the spa and firepit especially inviting.

Amenities and features
The cabin includes central AC and heating with smart Nest controls for year-round comfort. An EV charger with Tesla adapter is available for added convenience. Additional features such as an air purifier, gravity grabbers and ski rack at the entrance for convenience, luxury bath robes in each room, a whole-house RO water filtration system, and reverse osmosis filtered drinking water provide an elevated level of comfort during your stay. The home is also pet-friendly, making it easy to bring your dog along for the trip.

Guests can enjoy multiple outdoor gathering spaces, including an additional heating source located near the Jacuzzi behind the swing for cooler mountain evenings. A cooler is also available outdoors for drinks and snacks while relaxing in the spa area. The outdoor table by the barbecue additionally transforms into a raised cocktail-style table with a built-in cooler, perfect for entertaining.

Inside the cabin, guests will find a large, dedicated shelf stocked with a wide variety of board games for both adults and children, offering plenty of entertainment options for families and groups. For families traveling with little ones, a foldable toddler bed is also available inside the loft closet, along with blankets for added convenience.

Pet-friendly - dogs welcome (limit of 2) $85 per pet per stay is required. We accept ONLY SMALL DOG BREEDS! NO BIG DOGS ALLOWED!
Please remember these rules are mandated and imposed solely by the CITY and our PERMIT/ORDINANCE which requires property management companies to notify all guests that the CITY requires you to sign a rental agreement and the Good Neighbor Brochure to obtain the code to the property as well as provide a copy in the rental agreement app a copy of Governmental ID that matches the name on the reservation. Please notate these and all rules regarding spa hours, trash removal, noise and dishes being washed are due to our permit and not our rules so please keep this in mind before booking as some guests rate us based on rules we must abide by to rent. We appreciate that they are unique rules please do not review us based on the reviews we need to follow, we appreciate it. The code cannot be sent until this agreement is filled out.

(1) Maximum vehicles and guest occupancy permitted is described in the listing. Any violation is subject to eviction and/or cancellation of your stay. If you need additional parking, please contact us directly.

(2) Big Bear Lake does not allow street parking; they will tow any vehicles parked on the street and any towing fees or fines issued are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

(3) Excessive noise or loud music heard at the property line is prohibited by the CITY for the consideration of the local residents. The CITY enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM and will send out code enforcement officers to issue fines/and or evict guests for any violations reported. There will be a $300 administrative fine per Code Call for our team to show up as we are required to attend such code call within 30 minus, plus $100 per hour of our time spent for the violation. This is IN ADDITION to any fines issued by Code Enforcement which start at $500 to $5000 per violation.

(4) Dishes - All dishes must be cleaned before leaving and the house must be left in the same condition that you found it in. Any dirty dishes left in the kitchen are subject to a $45 fee- our housekeepers will unload dishes or put them away but do not wash dishes or dump trash per the law this includes leaving dishes with food on them or left in the home. It also attracts vermin. Please note this is part of our permit and not included in cleaning the home after guests leave.

(5) Trash - All trash must be removed offsite to the free trash sites. Any bags or trash left behind in the bathroom, kitchen (including leaving behind items in the fridge, or outside is subject to a $25 per bag for removal this is not our rule - this is the law and we must abide by it as there is no trash service due to wild animals. Please do not review us based on the law. We provide a dump service if you should want to pay in advance, but we have to send a dump service we cannot have housekeepers take the trash as the CITY does not allow this.

(6) Barbecue- Propane is offered on the honor system on any firepit or BBQ. Please do not leave the firepit or BBQ on unattended. Please clean the BBQ after use. If by chance the propane runs out, please let us know and we will send someone to replace it. Please make sure all propane is turned off after use. Big Bear does not allow the use of charcoal of lighter fluid. Please be advised if you run out of propane and it is after hours we cannot promise after hours refills late at night as the stores may not be open.

(7) Pet- All pets must be disclosed and pet fees paid in full prior to your arrival. Please be sure to clean up after your pets, please do not allow them on the furniture or bedding, and for their safety do not leave them outside unattended. Any pet waste left inside or outside of the home or damages to the home are subject to additional cleaning or repair fees.


(8) Hot Tub – No hot tub use after 10pm per the law any time a spa is left open and the cover off more than 30 mins a fine of $250 per hour will be due plus damages to the spa as this can result in pipes freezing - if a user error or maintenance is found or if we have to dump and fill water prior to your stay due to cleanliness requirements - we cannot be held liable nor grant refunds for a spa not being at the temperature desired or if left uncovered - if we have to dump the water it can take 24 hours for it to warm up. This is out of our control as sometimes the water has to be dumped and can take 24 hours to warm up. This will not be grounds for a refund.

(9) Parties or noise ordinance calls – any parties, events, unauthorized guests or noise complaints will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Any party will incur $5,000 fine plus immediate eviction.

(10) No over occupancy - $500 per person over occupancy fine plus damages plus immediate eviction and subject to code call fines.

(11) No smoking, vaping or drugs inside our cabins at any time. Any evidence of violation is grounds for immediate eviction from the cabin and a $3500 plus damages found at the home.

(12) Please refrain from bringing your own BBQs, Firepits and or outside cooking devices are banned by the CITY due to the fire safety hazards. This is subject to eviction due to this is how fires start.
