The main level also has a bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom. Downstairs you'll find two bedrooms with queen beds and a recently renovated bathroom. This well-appointed cabin is perfect for a weekend getaway!

-Strict sound ordinance
-25 year age minimum for booking
-Pets allowed with approval and pet fee of $25 per pet per day
-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all 30+ night bookings not booked through abnb
-IDs required for all guests aged 18 and over
-External contract to be signed
-Non-Abnb/HVMB cancellations incur a non-refundable 5% processing fee. Full refunds per policy will be 95%.
