Just a short walk to Bear Mountain Resort and a quick drive to the lake, Village, the new Alpine Zoo, and local restaurants, this cozy retreat offers everything you need for a memorable escape.
The inviting living space features over 1000 sq ft of comfort, a warm wood-burning fireplace, and plenty of cozy seating to relax after a day of adventure.
This two-bedroom, two-bathroom home comfortably accommodates guests, with a master bedroom offering a queen bed, private bath, and deck access, while the second bedroom also features a queen bed and deck access. Extra blankets and pillows ensure added comfort. The updated kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and all the essential cookware and spices. Enjoy entertainment with board games, card games, and a smart TV with streaming, all while staying connected with fast Wi-Fi. A stackable washer and dryer add convenience to your stay. Whether you're hitting the slopes, exploring the outdoors, or simply unwinding by the fire, this charming chalet is the perfect place to relax and recharge.

Things to know
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
House rules
• Pet fee $40+taxes per pet (dogs only)
• The maximum number of guests is 4. More than 4 guests in the home may result in asking you to leave, your deposit being forfeited, and/or an additional $100 charge for every extra guest.
• The maximum number of cars allowed is 2. Cars must be parked in the driveway. Any street parking may result in being towed or fined at your own risk.
• Quiet time begins at 10 PM. Please no excessive noise after this time. Any complaints made about the noise coming from the house after this time may result in a fine from the city that you will be responsible for paying and/or you may be asked to leave the cabin. Hot tub can only be used between 8am-10pm, it’s against city ordinance to use after 10pm. You will have to pay fine if you are caught.
• No smoking inside the home. A fee of $150 will be charged to you in order to purify the air and get rid of the smoke smell. Smoking is allowed outside away from open windows and doors.
• Check out time is 10 AM. A $50/hour charge will be added to any check-outs after 10 am that is not pre-approved. It may be possible to check out at 1 PM for an additional charge.
