ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Third level master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, bath, and balcony. Third level second bedroom has a queen/twin bunk bed and smart TV. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Corian kitchen counters, stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker, microwave, toaster, Keurig, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Seasonal community pool and spa. Smart TVs, Apple TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Board games and card games. Relax near the gas fireplace and watch your favorite movie in the evening. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 7 people (6 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
