THE SPACE
The main living area is warm and inviting, with vaulted ceilings, wood flooring, large windows, and beautiful views of Boulder Bay. A wood-burning fireplace with blower creates a cozy mountain atmosphere, while the comfortable sofa, loveseat, and Smart TV provide an easy place to relax after a day exploring Big Bear.

The fully renovated kitchen features newer appliances and everything needed to prepare meals throughout your stay. Enjoy a Keurig coffee maker with coffee bar, blender, microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of space for cooking. The dining table seats 4 and provides a comfortable place for meals, games, or planning the day ahead.

The primary bedroom features a Queen bed, Smart TV, closet, and beautiful lake views. The second bedroom includes a Full bed with a Twin-over-Full bunk bed and Smart TV, making it a flexible sleeping space for families or additional guests.

Outside, enjoy the private hot tub, propane BBQ, fire pit, and lake-view deck while taking in the surrounding scenery. The west-facing position makes this a particularly special place to relax as the sun sets over Boulder Bay.

GOOD TO KNOW

Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome for $35 per dog, per night, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please keep pets off furniture and beds, and bring a pet bed for their comfort. No cats, please.

Baby Equipment
A Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request for a delivery and pickup fee. Please arrange in advance.

All homes come with cozy blankets, fresh towels & linens. Our dedicated cleaning crew has prepared this vacation home for your arrival & will clean upon your departure.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, dishes, utensils, and standard kitchen essentials, making it enjoyable to prepare meals during your stay. Food and pantry staples are not supplied.

What we provide
Basic essentials for the kitchen, linens, towels, bar soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided.

Lake Access
Guests may enjoy the lakefront setting and direct access to the shoreline, subject to current lake conditions. The home does not currently offer reliable boat-dock access for boating. Please do not launch boats from the property unless specifically authorized.


GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Guests must comply with Big Bear Lake's Good Neighbor Policy and applicable local vacation rental regulations.
Quiet hours begin at 10 PM throughout Big Bear
