The main home features vaulted ceilings, a striking two-sided wood-burning fireplace, an open-concept living and kitchen area, and a gourmet double-island kitchen perfect for gathering. Step outside to the expansive wraparound deck and unwind in the 14-person swim spa while taking in the mountain and lake views. For larger groups, the separate guest house includes its own living area, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom, providing additional space and privacy.



Additional amenities include central A/C in both the main home and guest house, an EV charging station, built-in office space, BBQ, and 4K Smart TVs in every main house bedroom. Whether you're here to relax or explore the outdoors, Wild Horse Estate offers an unforgettable Big Bear experience.

* Early check-in and late check-out options are available for a fee, based on availability.

* Most check-ins are remote. Access instructions are sent on the day of check-in once the home

is ready. Early entry is not permitted unless approved.

* Per city permit this home can accommodate up to 14 people, 10 Adults Maximum! The maximum for guests and adults CAN NOT be exceeded at any given time.

* Parking Details: Max of 5 cars on-site. (Does NOT have garage access) (EV Charging Station available)

* This home IS NOT PET FRIENDLY! If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without SoCal Vacations' approval: There is a fine of $500 per pet.



✅ Important Information – Please Read Before Booking

To ensure a smooth stay and compliance with local City regulations, please note the following:

* You'll need to sign a Rental Agreement with the Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy (5 minutes). The link with the rental agreement will be sent once the booking is confirmed and will be required prior to check-in. We kindly ask that you complete it within 24 hours of booking. It only takes a few minutes and helps make sure everything runs smoothly for your trip.

* The cancellation policy shown at the time of booking applies from the moment the reservation is confirmed, not from when the rental agreement is completed. Cancellation terms may vary by season or demand.

* The primary guest must be 24 years of age or older and present during the stay.

* No parties or events are allowed, per City ordinance.

*Quiet hours (10pm-7am) enforced by the City. No speakers or sound systems allowed. Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $1,000 per violation.

* Trash must be taken to designated City clean sites, as required by local regulation.

* Hot tubs, when provided, operate in compliance with California safety standards, with a

maximum allowable temperature of 104°F (40°C).

* This is a smoke-free property (No smoking or vaping inside or outside, video monitoring enforcement.)

Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $950 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

*It is prohibited by law that any kind of open fire whatsoever. You are allowed to use what is provided for you.

*This home has central Air conditioning, in both the main house and guest house!

*All cooking has to be done with what the house provides and the BBQ on site. It is not allowed to bring anything with charcoal, gas, propane or anything of the sort. Just what the home already has. Thank you!
