• 2 bedroom modern rustic cabin
• 1 queen, 2 twin beds, chaise lounge, LED vanity station with hair dryer
• 1 full bathroom and kitchen
• Living room wood fireplace, sectional sofa, work station desk, smart TV

• Boardgames - Chess, Checkers, Monopoly Giant floorboard edition, Jenga Jumbo size blocks, Dominoes, Mexican Train, PuzzleBright, Tic Tac Toe & 4 in a Row, Exploding Kittens, Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza, Tell me without telling me, Do you really know your family?

• Accommodations - Wi-Fi, kitchen utensils, Keurig coffee maker with pods, pillows/bedding/linens, towels, bodywash, shampoo/conditioner, floor heaters, and a child safety gate for guests who wants to stay for a few nights, a weekend, or probably a longer vacation with family, friends or group.

It is advisable to have snow chains or cables in your car when heading to Big Bear in the winter season since the weather and road conditions can change rapidly and unexpectedly.

Important notes
• For your convenience if bottled water is preferred during your stay please bring with you or can be purchased at nearby stores

• I do not provide propane refills for the bbq grill or firewood for the fireplace, propane can be refilled at the local DIY store. Firewood can be purchased at the local Vons or DIY store

• Please DO NOT dispose of ashes, simply leave them in the fireplace

• Lost and found: $20 handling fee for items I find, but that doesn't cover shipping costs. Just let me know about any lost items within 14 days of your checkout

• For the comfort of all guests, please be aware that "No pets are allowed at this listing" to provide an allergen-free space for guest who may have life-threatening allergies to both cats and dogs
