The home features a large kitchen and dining table, extra large living room, and 2 huge bedrooms both with ensuite full bathrooms. Additional bedroom and a bathroom on the main floor for added guests comfort. Unwind in the private hot tub under the starry pines, sit by the outdoor firepit, host friendly competitions on the pool table, and curl up by the fire after a day on the slopes or at Octoberfest. The home is pet friendly with spacious gathering spaces, a well equipped kitchen for group meals, fenced back yard and plenty of parking. You`ll be just minutes from Bear Mountain Ski Resort, Octoberfest, hiking, biking and stores- close enough for quick outings, yet tucked away in a quite neighborhood.
6 car maximum
There is to be no loud or excessive noise at the property at any time. After 10pm strict noise ordinances will be in effect. Citations and violation will start at 1000.00 up to 5000.00 per county code. No Hot Tub use after pm to 7AM per city code


In winter months, 2WD cars might need chains. Please contact cal trans for road conditions. There is NO street parking. Only park in driveway.

-Guests be over the age of 25 to rent
absolutely NO parties.

-No outdoor noise.

-Do not leave pets unattended in the home.

-Dishes are to be washed before check out.

-Guest must take all trash to the designated dumpsite, per City of Big Bear Lake Ordinance.
