For a quiet retreat to enjoy the ocean and recharge, the Sea - Esta Cottage is a gem!

This 3 bedroom house is on a 2-mile dead end street that initially brings you through the lovely campus of the University of New England before turning completely residential, and is great for running, walking, and biking. The lot abuts the Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge at the rear with great views from the second floor sunroom.

A 2-minute walk from the front door offers access to a sandy beach. Great for sunbathing, swimming, walking, exploring, and fishing off the jetty where the Saco River empties into the Atlantic. You might even see Old Orchard Beach fireworks on Thursday evenings during the summer from the beach too!

Looking for a change of venue? Just a 10 minute car ride or 20 minute bike ride gets you to Biddeford Pool and Fortune Rocks beach. (Parking permits for ocean side beaches must be purchased at the lots). In Biddeford Pool is the beloved seasonal restaurant and general store Goldthwaite's/Pool Lobster, which features spectacular views of Wood Island light house.

PROPERTY DETAILS
* 3 bedrooms/ 2 full baths with maximum occupancy 6 (can flex to 8 w/small children with prior approval). Quiet hours after 10 PM. No loud parties allowed.

*The driveway can accommodate 4 cars, plus there is an additional spot directly next to the front door. There is no on street parking.

* First floor layout: Two bedrooms (queen bed and AC in each), full kitchen, full bath, washer/dryer room, living room, eat in kitchen, and sunroom.

* Second floor layout: Master suite style bedroom (queen bed with AC, private full bathroom) with an en-suite that has a deck that can seat 4 with a partial ocean view, and a sun room with partial view of the Marsh.

* Each bed has a set of sheets, two pillows and a quilt. Bath towels included and are for indoor use only. Please bring your own beach towels and chairs.

* Outdoor open shower for rinsing off.

* We provide Wi-Fi as well as YouTube TV via Roku where you can also access you the streaming services you subscribe to at home.

* Backyard includes a propane gas grill, picnic table, chairs, and an outdoor fire pit.

* Note that the small backyard cottage is occupied by the property manager. You may occasionally see him walking through the backyard to get to and from the street or to walk in and out of the garage.
