LANDAGAINA • Villa with heated pool and garden Guethary close to Biarritz

AMBIANCE
Landagaina is a charming villa just renovated. With its red woodwork and exposed stone, all the authenticity of this old Basque building has been carefully preserved in a wooded park of 5,000m2.
Outside, the villa has a beautiful heated (from mid-april to mid-september) swimming pool that is sunny all day long, framed by a very large wooden terrace, with Fermob furniture, designed to enjoy good times with family or friends with the feeling of living among the trees.

THE VILLA
Inside, the style of the villa is modern and warm. The high ceilings of the living room, as well as the large bay windows opening onto the terrace, make the living room and dining room very bright and pleasant to live in. The kitchen, semi-open to the dining room is fully equipped (Thermomix, Nespresso coffee maker), just like at home. From the kitchen, you can also access a pergola with a plancha or you can sit around a large wooden table.

THE NIGHT CORNER
On the night side, Villa Landagaina has 4 rooms all equipped with Sofitel My Bed bedding. The master suite on the ground floor has a beautiful Italian shower and a dressing room. Upstairs, 3 additional bedrooms (one double bedroom and two bedrooms composed of 2 single beds each which can become 2 double beds) are articulated around a large bathroom with shower and bathtub for your greatest comfort.

GOOD TO KNOW
On the practical side, the villa has a parking space for several cars. Also note: the villa is located close to the motorway, there is no visual nuisance, some noise pollution outside and the double glazing ensures perfect soundproofing inside the villa.

OUR FAVOURITE
We fell in love with the sublime wooden terrace equipped with a south-facing sunbathing area, and the shaded pergola where you can enjoy good times with your family around a plancha.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The villa is located in Guethary, less than 5 minutes by car and 15 minutes on foot from the beach and the centre of the village. If you don't know Guethary yet, there is no doubt that this small fishing village will seduce you for your next holidays on the Basque Coast.


CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT CONDITIONS
Generally speaking travellers can check-in from 4PM-7PM and check-out from 8AM-10AM. Late check-ins can be arranged with our Concierges. For any check-ins or check-outs before 8am and after 7pm, an extra fee will be applied:
From 7pm to 10 pm - €50
From 10 pm to Midnight - €80
From Midnight to 6 am - €120
From 6am to 8am - 80€
