„Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place. ...

„The room was well presented, spacious and clean. There was a stain on the carpet but its nothing serious. The room was above the pub entrance and it slammed shut everytime it opened. “

Manu was excellent about communicating with us and made sure we would have no trouble finding the flat or getting into it. We stayed in the Willow room that can sleep up to four people. Only downside was the creaky floor from the guest above our floor. Would stay there again.“

Good location with frequent buses to centre of Oxford (though easy for most to walk) and direct buses to train station. Clean rooms, kettle with tea and coffee. Good shower. No regrets. Would stay there again. “
