„An absolutely charming place to stay. Beautiful historic building with lush decor. Lots of unique touches and lovely atmosphere. Great peaceful neighborhood with nearby amenities and very quick walk to the centre of Ashland. If I was forced to suggest any improvements I'd love a slightly later checkout time. But this isn't a deal breaker. Can't wait to stay again.“

Das Hotel verfügt über große, helle Zimmer mit bis zu drei Schlafgelegenheiten, wobei auch die Schlafcouch - wie sonst so oft - noch nicht durchgelegen, sondern relativ bequem ist. Liegt wohl daran, dass das Hotel noch sehr neu ist. Auch die Dusche wirkt für amerikanische Verhältnisse ziemlich modern, der niedrige Wasserdruck vermindert jedoch das Duscherlebnis.
