Welcome to Villa Horizonte, a luxury retreat. This stunning 130 m² villa is perfect for travelers looking to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Short-term offer rom 14/11/2024 to 30/11/2024:
Take advantage of a discounted rate for a getaway for two.
For larger groups, a supplement of €25 per person per night will apply.
Please note that for reservations of two people, only one room will be available, to ensure a warm and intimate setting. The other rooms will remain closed.

Outside, you'll find a large heated swimming pool (open from mid-April to late October, subject to weather conditions), a jacuzzi for relaxation, a suspended hammock (maximum 2 persons), and an outdoor dining area for enjoying grilled dishes prepared on the plancha.

Upon entering the villa, you'll be greeted by modern and elegant decor crafted by the Homies Holidays team. The spacious and comfortable living room features a 4-seater sofa, two armchairs, and a large connected flat-screen TV. The premium Dolby soundbar with Bluetooth connectivity enhances your entertainment experience with exceptional audio quality.

The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing delicious meals, while the dining table for 8 is perfect for enjoying your culinary creations.

Villa Horizonte features four bedrooms:
- On the lower floor (accommodating 4 guests in total):
- A suite with a King Size bed (convertible into two single beds), 2 storage closets, a TV, an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink, and separate toilet.
- A suite with a King Size bed (convertible into two single beds), a dressing room, a sofa and coffee table, an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink, and separate toilet.
These two suites are bright with a bay window providing access to the outside.
- Upstairs (accommodating 4 guests in total):
- Two bedrooms, each with a King Size bed (convertible into two single beds), a large bathtub, sink, and separate WC.

The included services for your stay are:

- Welcome Products: Upon arrival, you'll find welcome products to start your stay comfortably (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and other essentials).
- Bed Linens and Towels: Bed linens are provided and beds are made upon arrival. Soft bath towels and bath mats are also included. All these items are cleaned and disinfected by our professional laundry service, Homies Eco Pressing.
- Surface Cleaning at the End of Stay: After your departure, the cleaning staff will perform a surface cleaning to prepare the property for the next guest.

You will meet a member of the Homies Holidays team who will assist you throughout your stay. Our team speaks French, English, and Spanish. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or need assistance organizing your stay.

**Advantages:**
- Dog Friendly: We accept one dog during your stay for an additional fee of 15 euros per night. A basket, two bowls, a sofa protector, a brush, and a towel for wiping paws are provided.
- Nearby Bus Stop (Bus 5): Located next to the train station, providing transportation to Biarritz.
- Local Amenities (supermarket and convenience store next to the train station), restaurants (La Station, Faktoria Biarritz).
- Key Box with Code: Allows access to the accommodation without time constraints (from 4:00 PM).
- Biarritz Train Station is a 9-minute walk from the accommodation.
- Private Parking Space inside the accommodation's residence.

**Disadvantages:**
- The accommodation is located near a railway line, which may cause some noise disturbances.
- The accommodation is not within walking distance of Biarritz city center.

## Transit

If you're looking to get around Biarritz, here are some options:
- Free Shuttle N11: This free shuttle serves the city center and the Lighthouse. The stop is just 93 meters from your starting point, making it very convenient. You can check schedules and stops on the Txik Txak website.
- Taxi: Taxis are a quick and convenient option for getting around Biarritz. Allow about 10 minutes to reach the SNCF train station or the airport. The fare for this distance is approximately 15 to 20 euros during the day.
- Parking: If you prefer to drive, you can park your car on the street or nearby. It's recommended to check the signage to avoid parking violations.
- Biarritz has a cycling route available for rent.

## Notes

Here is information regarding booking conditions and check-in options for Homies Holidays:

- Once the booking is confirmed, the Homies Holidays team will contact you to arrange your stay.
- You have two options for check-in:
- Self check-in at any time from 4:00 PM. In this case, you will receive instructions to access your accommodation on the day of your arrival.
- Be greeted by a member of the Homies Holidays team between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM. If you arrive after 7:00 PM, a supplement of 30 euros will be charged. If you arrive after 9:00 PM, the supplement will be 50 euros.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation for an additional fee.
