„Well to be hobest we were quite happy while checking in given how beautiful the resort was but had a mixed experience during our stay. The Corbett area is full of resorts and this one is about 20km from the main gates, so be aware of that while booking. The hotel missed daily housekeeping but got it done within 10 minutes of complaining. The food options are limited and room service is dead post 10, so stick to the buffet options perhaps. „Terrible stay . Very poor service . some staffs are very rude . They called us around 10 am and told us to vacant the room at 11 am . When I asked them but your time of check out is 12 pm then how can you ask for check out. How can you talk to your guest like that then they told me we have 11 am check out rule. I show them Hotels.com app but here it’s reflecting 12 pm and I ask for one hour extension for check out then after lot of argument they allow us for two rooms instead of four rooms ...
