From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in for a special stay. The welcome at reception was magnificent—attentive, highly professional, and genuinely warm. To my complete surprise, the lovely lady at check-in offered me a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was absolutely breath-taking. I cannot thank her enough for such a generous and memorable gesture.
The suite itself was stunning and decorated with incredible taste and an obvious love for detail. Everything was spotlessly clean and pristine. The entire property radiates a wonderful, cozy atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at home.
What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its team. Every single staff member—whether at reception, handling luggage storage, working in the spa, or at breakfast—was incredibly warm-hearted and friendly. The service is first-class across the board.
Speaking of breakfast, the morning buffet was an absolute highlight. The selection was vast, the quality of the ingredients was outstanding, and everything was beautifully presented—a true delight for both the eyes and the palate.
