„Casa muito bem equipada, com excelentes áreas. Zona sossegada. Os eletrodomésticos da cozinha devia ser melhorados. A placa do fogão é muito fraca, não permitia cozinhar de forma rápida e era impossível fazer fritos. O frigorífico não refrescava.“
