"Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren etwas eng, aber sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück war gut und abwechslungsreich – besonders positiv war, dass die warmen Speisen täglich gewechselt haben. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt."

"Großes Hotel mit sehr schönen Blick auf den Bosporus (vorausgesetzt man bucht das entsprechende Zimmer). Leckeres Frühstück, saubere Zimmer und äußerst bequeme Betten. Die Annehmlichkeiten wie Pool und Fitnessstudio sind super. Womit ich überhaupt nicht einverstanden bin, ist das unaufmerksame Personal sowohl beim Frühstück als auch in den Bars. Ich habe auch keine Lust jeden Tag nach einen Löffel beim Frühstück zu fragen und eine gefühlte Ewigkeit zu warten, bis ich überhaupt bedient werde."

"Ich war rundum zufrieden. Es war nicht mein erstes Mal dort . Bülent Bey zu treffen , ist jedes Mal eine Freude für mich. Ich freue mich, Oktober wieder dort anzureisen. Die Hotel Managerin Esraa war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich . Danke für den Aufenthalt ohne Komplikationen."

"Absolutely great experience. The hotel is well located on one side of Taksim Square and is easy to reach by public transport. The property is well maintained. Cleanliness is of a high standard. The staff are professional, courteous, and always willing to help. Whether at reception, the concierge desk, the lounge, the fitness area, the breakfast room, luggage services, or security, we consistently found everyone friendly and attentive. During our stay, we made use of most of the hotel facilities, including the spa, swimming pool, lounge, sauna, and relaxation area. All of them were well maintained and offered a very pleasant experience. A special mention goes to the LOUNGE TEAM, who welcomed us warmly every day and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Their kindness and attention were greatly appreciated. Thank you very much! Our room was located on one of the upper floors and offered a beautiful view of the Bosphorus, which made the stay even more enjoyable. It is really difficult to think of anything more we could have asked for. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to return in the future."
