„We were very impressed by our stay in this house. The estate seems built well-thought-out a few decades ago. An amazing view from the terrace down the hill to Menton, Cap Martin and the sea is crucial and really luxury. The pool is located a few yards above the hill and allows to enjoy silent moments with the sea-view. Neighbours are far away and it cannot be guessed where the property ends. The piano was in tune and the air conditioning silent and effective. “

„Der Pool war ideal zum Abkühlen und die Kinder hatten viel Spaß. Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein und hat alles was man braucht. Der Vermieter hat unseren Aufenthalt durch seine Freundlichkeit aufgewertet. Von der Villa aus ist man in ca 25 min in Nizza, Monaco und den Stränden von Cap Ferrat. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und bedanken uns beim Philippe“

The highlight was the swimming pool and views plus the very well located shop at the bottom of the drive (much needed for 5 hungry teenagers!). „Wir sind als Familie mit 2 Kindern + jeweils einem Freund - also zu sechst angereist. Die Räumlichkeiten waren für uns perfekt. Ein Schlafbereich separat in einem separaten Gebäudetrakt, zwei Schlafbereiche im Haupthaus alle mit modernen Bädern ausgestattet, Küche und Wohnbereich modern und zweckmäßig. Der Pool ist nur klein, reicht aber für eine Erfrischung - leider etwas schattig durch die Nachbarbäume. Ein Traum sind die verschiedenen Terrassen/Sitzmöglichkeiten mit Sicht auf das Cap Ferrat. ...
