The only problem we had was communicating with the host, but that is probably because we are senior citizens who are technology challenged and did not know we would be emailed the check in code at check in time. it was very frustrating to not be able to communicate with anyone to find this out.. “

„The kitchen was stalked with all of the equipment we required for our stay. All appliances were in working order. We did not care for the television features, there was no cable and the TV features were all streaming. The living room furniture was dated and not very comfortable. „We needed a quick get away for a couple days. It was a smooth and easy stay from arrival until departure! Extra attention was paid in every detail-from cooling of unit-snacks on counter-loaded coffee bar-to abundant amenities for bath! Comfortable beds are important and it met our expectations. „We very much enjoyed our stay at this house. It was very clean, in a fairly good area of town (downtown Jacksonville) and close to the base where our son is stationed. Only one tv in the house in the den and none in the bedrooms which might be a problem for some, especially if you're used to watching tv in bed. Also, property is listed as pet/dog friendly but host expects you to leave pets outdoors and not in the house. Backyard fence is not secure if you have a larger dog or an "escape artist" ...

„I loved staying here. The kitchen was well appointed for me to cook meal prep for 3 weeks for my son who is in the marine corp. We also enjoyed the beautiful back yard, spacious dining room, and grill in the back. Thank you for allowing us to have family time away from home!“

"Irgendwie ist dieses Motel „knuffig“ und unterscheidet sich hinsichtlich der Ausstattung nicht von den Häusern der großen Ketten. Aber schon beim Check-In fühlt man sich heimisch. Trotz der Lage direkt an der Hauptstraße sind die sauberen und geräumigen Zimmer ruhig, da der Verkehr bei Nacht deutlich abflaut. Das Frühstück bietet geringe Auswahl, aber füllt den Magen."
