"We enjoyed our time here; Richard was easy to contact and is very generous with items/ foods etc for us to use. It’s probably the best equipped kitchen of houses we have stayed in. The beds were comfortable, the showers were easy to use and the garden area is beautiful. The ducks charmed our grandchildren and we enjoyed the hot tub. There are quite a few stairs in the house and it’s next to a reasonably busy road, but neither of those things bothered us. The area is very rural with no shops in...

Quiet location with 2 large fields for dogs to run free and secure. Just a short drive to leek. I will definitely stay again."

The location was perfect, right by The Roaches, great for walks from the door step and close by to other amazing locations in the Peak District. Only thing we didn't like is the TV not registering hdmi so we couldn't watch any movies during our down time after hikes and swimming, and the live TV didn't work often.
