„Great neighborhood and location is in close proximity to good restaurants, shops. The property itself is stunning. Owners did not miss a detail. The decor gave the place an elegant feel that was unexpected, even after seeing the photos. We only used one of the bedrooms, but the bed was very comfortable, as was the living room furniture. Truly an immaculate property. Would live there if I could. “

„Picture perfect townhouse in a quiet, hoa community. Five minute walk or 2 minute drive to nearest restaurants and spas. Even more conveniences within 5-10 minute drive. Host began instantly communicating at booking and upon arrival. Remained available to communicate during visit and after check-out to answer questions. “

„The property was very clean and comfortable. The only thing was the location---it felt very unsafe. It was loud, and truly felt like I was in the 'Getto' so to speak. I do not feel like the listing ensures you know. I was a single woman traveling and I didn't feel safe. I barricaded the door with furniture at night.“

„Very clean. Unsure if it's a mistake but hot tub was listed in amenities but there wasn't one that we could find. This wasn't something we were planning to use anyway and the home was amazing and clean so I wouldn't take points off for that. Highly recommend. “

„It's a cute little old house in downtown Monroe. We traveled for a wedding nearby. It perfectly fits 5 persons. The backyard is very nice. The kitchen has been fully remodeled and the appliances are new also. Parking for at least 2 cars. A couple of details, we were 4 and there were just 3 towels. The whole house was clean but we found a dead cockroach in the main bedroom. Everything else was good. “

„The property was as described, beautifully decorated and furnished. The theater room was very comfortable and inviting. The kitchen had everything needed. The beds were extremely comfortable. The towels were new and fluffy. Everything was clean. We will definitely be going back. “
