On the lower-level, you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining table for six for mealtimes or game nights, and a cozy living area with comfortable seating, a cable-equipped, flatscreen TV, and a sliding glass door out to the furnished patio. Outside, fire up the gas grill, take a seat with a cool drink in-hand, and listen to the live music floating over from Mickey's Crabhouse right across the street - it's like your own personal concert!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
