The furnished deck is ready for outdoor leisure, while the main living area features all-new furnishings. Two, Amazon Fire TVs are equipped for streaming all your favorite shows or movies. The full kitchen makes it easy to plan and prepare home-cooked meals. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle, and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis Magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. You won't have to go far to get a taste of this coastal city, as simply walking from the complex can expose you to the tasty restaurants nearby. This home is not equipped with cable. Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s). Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.
