Plus, everyone else can reminisce at the breakfast bar, the sectional sofa in the living room, or one of the two dining tables as dinner is finishing up. Entertainment won't be hard to come by with the large flatscreen TV in the upstairs and downstairs living rooms, and free WiFi as well, so get ready to indulge in memorable movie nights! Property has an outdoor gas grill, gazebo and outdoor seating, 2nd refrigerator /freezer in the garage. Things to know Five of the bedrooms are located upstairs. Recreation passes for use of the pool and tennis courts are $30 per person per week or $10 per person per day, as of 2024, and may be purchased at the Clubhouse near the back pool. Guests will be required to provide a copy of their lease at the Clubhouse when purchasing recreation passes. Recreation pass fees are subject to change at any time by the community.
