The condo is 1,000 square feet built for eight: two bedrooms, a full bathroom plus a half bath, a well-equipped kitchen, and a wood-burning fireplace with firewood provided. Grill on your private balcony, soak in the hot tub on the lower deck shared with Alpen Villa 6, and wind down at one of the two community firepits at the ends of the building. Inside, Pac-Man is always available.

Big Powderhorn Mountain Resort is steps away in winter. Come summer, this is a true four-season basecamp. Alpen Villa 5 connects to Alpen Villa 6 for groups of up to 16.

BOOKING TWO CONNECTING VILLAS?
This is Alpen Villa 5. It connects through an interior door to Alpen Villa 6 only — book Villas 5 and 6 together for one 4-bedroom space that sleeps 16, with the shared lower deck and hot tub right outside. The connecting pairs are 1+2, 3+4, 5+6 and 7+8; no other combination connects. The listings look alike, so if you're not sure you've picked the right two, message us before booking and we'll confirm availability and point you to the correct pair.
