The dwelling can be divided into two independent houses and is composed as follows:
First part of 75 m² :
- 44 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area and access to terrace
- Open-plan kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) , TV
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

Second part of 55 m² :
- A living room opening onto the 31 m² kitchen with sofa, TV and dining area...
- A master suite: with a queen-size bed (160×200), TV and a bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

The two spaces can be separated by a sliding door.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A private, unheated swimming pool (8×4), secured by an alarm and open from May to October.
- A beautiful 400 m² east-facing garden, partially enclosed and private
