„This stay was really great, we walked into a really clean nice home and thankfully it was on the ground floor. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and the host was very kind.“

„Make sure you read the fine print! There is someone that lives in the basement! They said it was in the listing. The house is outdated and smells musty. I would not stay there again. The rental company Unique Stays was horrible to deal with. We asked if we could get the front door code 45min before we were supposed to because we arrived early. They wanted to charge me for giving me the code 45min early! The pictures must have been staged of the listing because the house does not look ...

„It was unique and charming. It had laundry, coffee bar, and a place to walk along the river. We did not like that the main outside door was broken. Also, it had 2 TVs but we had a difficult time getting them to work.“

„Great apartment in a good location a very short walk from downtown Niles. Close to South Bend if you're visiting there too. Excellent!“

„Clean room with very responsive host“

„Great location, and pictures don’t do it justice.“

„Before you rent this loft you need to know;It is on the 2nd floor of a building with business/es on 1 st floor. We were there 5 days and on 3 days we were awaken at 730 a.m. with loud construction on the first floor. Room stocked with 3 washclothes and 3 towels which we thought was strange for a 5 night stay.Loft is almost impossible to use. Ladder is very difficult to use and if you sit up on the mattress , which is on the floor, you WILL hit your head.Overall would not stay here again.“

„Ride or Die was a very nice stay for a wedding that was nearby. We were not in the unit most of the weekend so simply as a place to sleep, it worked well. For the price we paid, however, it did feel like it was missing some features we were expecting, like a full-length mirror (the only mirror in the bathroom was small, old/weathered), night stand by the bed, as well as coffee. Check-in was also a bit bumpy as the address provided was incorrect, about half a mile from the actual unit. The handle ...

„Very friendly staff with excellent customer service“

„Cute property well located in Niles. Could use shades that aren't white gauze but otherwise was very nice and convenient.“

„Location was everything! We were so close to Silver Beach. The condo was stocked with excellent shampoos etc, my granddaughters loved it. Within walking distance to so much and Clementines restaurant right next door. Beautiful harbor to view from your deck.“

„In a central location in Downtown Niles.“

„Great place right in the heart of town. It was clean, quiet and the perfect spot for a quick little get away. My son and I had a great trip! Awesome kids music park right next door!“

„Wir hatten einen langen Aufenthalt und es war für einen Langzeitaufenthalt sehr angenehm.“

„The space is great! Perfect for my needs.“

„Great place to stay! I plan to stay here for all my future visits to South Bend.“

„The home was very nice, especially loved the front porch! Lots of attention to detail and making you feel pampered and relaxed. Nice backyard with bonfire pit. My husband did comment on the weeds and bushes being very overgrown. Overall very nice and peaceful place to stay.“

„Very clean and bright. Excellent location“

„Ich war bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel, das Zimmer sieht immer toll aus, die Rezeption ist überaus bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Vielen Dank, Jason & Haley!“
