- No smoking inside the house.

Inside:
As you enter the property, you'll find yourself in the convenient downstairs laundry, providing easy access for all your beach essentials. Continue into the welcoming lounge area, where you'll discover the first bedroom and bathroom, offering privacy and convenience for guests.

Venture upstairs using the external stairs, and you'll step into an inviting open-plan space that combines the living, kitchen, and dining areas. The kitchen, adorned with modern features, perfect for those who enjoy preparing meals together. To the left of this space, you'll find two additional bedrooms and the second bathroom, ensuring ample space and comfort for all guests.

Outside:
For a breath of fresh air, step out onto the back veranda accessible from the kitchen. Here, you can enjoy a barbecue with friends and family or simply relax on the outdoor furniture while taking in the scenic views of the backyard. It's worth noting that the backyard has no fences, providing an open and spacious atmosphere.

Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the backyard, where a unique seating area made from tree stumps surrounds a firepit. This cozy setup is perfect for evenings spent under the stars, sharing stories and creating lasting memories. On the side of the house, an outdoor shower offers a refreshing way to rinse off after a day of beach activities.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
