Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 18 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, one of which is on the mezzanine, and a shower room. We are waiting for you !

The housing is composed as follows:
- A living room of 18 m² with TV, Wifi included, sofa and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- Bedroom 1 : bunk beds.
- Bedroom 2 on the mezzanine: a queen-size bed (160×200), a dressing room, a mirror and an armchair.
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate toilet.

The apartment is ideally located in Bernières-sur-Mer at 30 meters from the beach, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
The beach of Bernières-sur-Mer and the sailing school. You will also find many beaches in the surroundings (Courseulles sur Mer, St Aubin sur mer...). You will also be able to take advantage of numerous walks and bike rides starting from the accommodation. For history lovers, you will not miss the visit of the Juno Beach center, the landing beaches, the American and German cemeteries or the Caen Memorial. Equestrian center and tennis courts.
