„Very basic but roomy house, it can accommodate a large family or 3 couples. Lots of space for preparing and eating meals or just hanging out. Driveway and path to front door were very icy and treacherous, some sand could help.“

There was plenty of space for our big group. The house was well stocked and clean. It was amazing waking up to a beautiful view of the mountain every morning. The house was a hit with everyone…highly recommend!“

„Driveway & walkway were shear ice. We called to have someone come salt and/or sand & were told it’s not an amenity they offer. It was treacherous! Also, bring wood for the fireplace. Other than that property was comfortable and clean.“

Spectacular views of the mountains from the house. Excellent communication from the owners. Easy keyless access. I highly recommend this home for a mountain stay. 30 min to Bretton Woods or Cannon. „Great location on Akers pond with snowmobile access footsteps from the door onto the lake accompanied by great views from the home. We caught a handful of rainbows as well as other fish and when you wanted to change it up, you had direct access to the main trails for a good ride on the sleds. Tom was great and very quick to answer any questions that I had. His place was very comfortable and was supplied with everything one needs to really relax and enjoy the property to the fullest.“

„The place was great; clean, cozy, comfortable and convenient location to things we were doing. Just a couple of things to note as an FYI for the owners. Toilet tank leaked occasionally, I put a bucket under it, to capture the water. The kitchen sink, spray hose would not shut off. Also, a critter, probably a red squid, was in the upper left bedroom cubby. We had a great week and hope to return soon. Thank you Ken“

„The house offered everything it said it did and more. Working with Vacasa was a great experience, I had a few questions when first arriving which they got in touch with me in a very timely manner. House has great hot tub, game room and area in kitchen and living room which our large group gathered for meals and drinks. View was amazing. We had a good amount of snow and they did an amazing job with blowing. We hope to get back soon.“

„Kleines, einfaches, gemütliches Blockhaus mitten in der Natur und abseits von jedem Touristenrummel. Viele Wandermöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung vorhanden. Leider etwas Straßenlärm.“
