There are endless amenities. 5 pools, 1 indoor pool and 1 at the beach club on the beach, golf, parks, boat marinas, reastaurants, live outdoor music in the summer months at the Yacht club. Close to beaches, boardwalk, and restaurants, local farmers market. Your family will love all this home has to offer. 72" Roku TV in extra large family room. All bedrooms also have Roku TV's. Beautiful front porch with swing for morning coffee or just relaxing with your favorite book as well as a back deck. In the evening there is a fire pit in the back for family fun to unwind from your fun filled day. A gas grill is ready for evenings when you just want to relax at home for lunch or dinners. 6 Beach chairs and beach towels are provided and 2 umbrellas are available for your use. The property has a ring front doorbell for added security and keyless lock system. Linen service can be scheduled at letsmakebeds.com if you do not want to supply your own bedding and towels. they will provide linens ,make the beds and pick up dirty linens all put in the bag that is provided for you. Must be 25 years of age to rent and that adult must stay on the property. NO senior week rentals for liability reasons.
