As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open concept living space that seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The interior embraces the cozy feel with soothing color palettes and natural textures. The living room serves as a cozy haven, furnished with a sofa and chairs, ideal for relaxation and unwinding after a day of exploring the area. It is a perfect spot to gather with loved ones and enjoy lively conversations or indulge in your favorite movies or shows on the flat-screen TV.
Adjacent to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen with ample countertop and cabinet space. Whether you are preparing a quick breakfast or whipping up a gourmet feast, this kitchen has everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires. Enjoy your meals at the stylish dining area, complete with a dining table that accommodates up to six, perfect for family dinners or intimate gatherings.
The primary bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and the second flat-screen TV. This bedroom also includes an en-suite bathroom with the shower for your convenience and privacy.
The two additional bedrooms offer a queen and a double bed. Guests will feel right at home in these inviting spaces. The shared bathroom offers a shower/tub combination as well as washer and dryer.

The homes amenities also include high-speed internet, a workstation, 2 flat-screen Roku TV’s, beach chairs, beach toys, washer/dryer, central A/C, ceiling fans in every room, additional table fan, cooler, keyless entry.

Linens and bath towels are provided at no additional cost. A starter amount of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods and coffee will be provided. These items will not be restocked during your stay. It will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase additional items if needed.

Outdoor areas: We have a large driveway, which can fit in up to 4 cars. There is a combo screened in/open air deck off the kitchen area. This is a lovely place to enjoy coffee in the morning or unwind in the evening. There is a charcoal grill, a table, and a set of chairs to enjoy your cookout. For colder nights, there is a fire pit for outside relaxation in the back yard.

Community: Ocean Pines is a 10-minute drive to Ocean City and boasts many resort-style amenities such as over a dozen parks and walking trails, playgrounds, a public Yacht Club, 5 pools, 2 marinas, restaurants, shops, Saturday morning Farmer’s Market, and a championship golf course.

The daily rates for using a pool paid at the door: adults 18 & up: $15/ youth (5-17): $12. Pools are open Memorial-Labor Day, sometimes earlier or later weather permitting at the discretion of the building.

Ocean Pines properties offer options to purchase a parking permit for the Ocean Pines Beach Club (located on 49th Street and Coastal Highway in Ocean City) and pool passes to the four Ocean Pines community pools and the Ocean Pines Beach Club pool. Pool passes and parking permits are available for purchase through the Ocean Pines Association. 7.4 miles or a 10-minute drive to Ocean City Rt. 90 is the fastest route to Ocean City If you want to go to the Ocean City Inlet you can take Rt. 50 and there is a draw bridge.
13 miles or 20-minute drive to Assateauge Island. Assateauge State Park is a must do, to see the beautiful wild horses that inhabit the island. There are multiple hiking trails as well that everyone can enjoy.
7 miles or 15-minute drive to downtown Berlin that has incredible and charming small town vide with a vibrant main street. There are lots of great shops, restaurants, coffee shops and more to explore and enjoy.
9 miles or 20-minute drive to Frontier Town, a fun Western Theme Water Park that will allow you to avoid some of the summer crowds in Ocean City.
