Property mgmt. called and asked what time we'd get there and I told them 4:30. We arrived right at that time and the cleaning lady was still there. We killed time for a half hour then waited in the drive til she was done. Go in at 5pm. It's decently clean. However, there was no toilet paper anywhere to be found. ...

„House was incredibly clean. Bed was very comfortable. Perfect for our stay with Lucy are dog. Couch was comfortable for someone who likes a firm couch. Love all the homey touches. Having coffee available was wonderful especially considering the cold weather!Very sorry we forgot to clean out the fridge . “

„Rooms were clean. We did not have any bedding for the pullout, but we made due. Great place for us as we were there to fish and just needed a place to sleep and eat. Internet was not able to out to our cabin, but we had plenty of cell service. Having a fish cleaning station on site was fantastic! The views of Lake Erie were great as well. We will definitely be back next time we come for fish!“

„This was a wonderful property. Walking distance of town and the beach. The game room and loft are adorable. We really enjoyed sitting in the side porch watching a storm roll in as well. Communication was great. We would definitely come back.“

„We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed our time in Sandusky. James was a great host although we found no reason to exercise his help. The pool was great, water was warm and refreshing. The only negative to report was the grill. It needs to be replaced.With 4 adults and one teenager the single bathroom could have been an issue but we were able to plan around it. The neighborhood is friendly and 15 minutes from major shopping in Sandusky. Very convient access. And only 15 minutes from Cedar ...

„Communication with the host was great, but the house itself had a smell to it and didn’t seem very clean (we swept up pet hair from the floor that didn’t belong to us). We also had cop cars with sirens on the road twice during the night. We decided to go home vs. stay for our second night. The pictures posted make the place look in better shape than reality. Overall, it met our needs, but I would not stay here again. “
