„Truly like staying in a castle! The stone walls and stairs were authentic. The garden was lovely with the wisteria in full bloom. There was plenty of room for the three of us senior citizens. Everything we could have asked for was there. One thing to note is that the castle grounds are hilly and cobblestoned, so people with mobility issues could have difficulty getting around. „We had a couple of wonderful days here in the beginning of April. Even though it wasn’t that warm yet, we spent some time in the beautiful pool with the amazing view to the ocean. The place was as described and had everything we needed. The communication was reliable and cordial. Absolute recommendation!“

„Fantastic area right in the heart of the castle. However, tricky to get to as you need to park your car 10 minutes away and then navigate through the cobbled streets. The house is very quaint, but has damp issues so you can smell mould ( although it was winter, so maybe it is better in summer). Heating was a bit basic. Barthroom had a vague smell of sewerage- not really strong, but enough for me to question the high price of the accomodation. Needs to spend a lot more on plumbing and heating, or ...
