„Eine künstliche Welt aber typisch für USA… Die Umgebung ist toll.“

„Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, das“

„We were in town for a show at Tanglewood in Lenox. Concert had been rescheduled with little notice; so it put us in a tight spot with no time to add time to being in the Berkshires. I just looked for an inexpensive overnight to just sleep before heading back home the following morning. I wasn't expecting much. We were pleasantly surprised. Our little room was clean and felt safe. We could open the windows! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We slept great. The location was ...

„Arrived at property around 9:00 PM, office door open, no one at front desk. Numerous attempts to contact front desk by calling, received crazy recording that said "unable to make outgoing calls" what does that mean???? Numerous attempts to contact property, same results. Attempting to get (2) night prepayment back. Awaiting response/determination. Had to book other accommodations. Terrible experience.“

„Granville House is an amazing place! Terry and Terri made us feel so welcomed and pampered. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was well-appointed (great lighting, plush towels, etc.), and the common areas were inviting. We especially enjoyed the made-to-order breakfasts. We will definitely look to stay here again if our travels take us back to the Berkshires.“

„Wonderful place… clean, cosy room, comfy bed, friendly staff, great breakfast. Delightful location near Norman Rockwell museum.“

„Beautifully renovated buildings with delightful decoration. Very friendly and professional staff. Enjoyable welcome drink on arrival. Delicious and freshly prepared breakfast. All in all a fantastic accommodation choice for business or leisure escape. “

Alles in allem super Hotel! “

„Nettes Personal.“

„Zimmer ok, unfreundliches, gelangweiltes Personal beim Check-In“
