The Space:

Unwind at this serene woodland escape nestled just outside Berkeley Springs. Surrounded by trees and peaceful nature, this spacious cabin offers the ideal setting for families, groups, and nature lovers looking to relax, explore, and reconnect.



With five bedrooms, a loft with two additional beds, and three full bathrooms, the cabin comfortably sleeps up to twelve guests. It’s perfect for large families or groups who want room to spread out and enjoy quality time together. Inside, cozy living spaces are designed for connection and comfort, with brand-new 65” Smart TVs in both the living room and bedrooms—perfect for movie nights or relaxing after a day of adventure.



Families with young children will appreciate the thoughtful kid-friendly touches, including a bassinet, portable crib, and a dedicated children’s nook for play and downtime. The fully equipped kitchen and spacious layout make meal prep and dining at home easy and enjoyable.

The playground visible nearby belongs to our neighbors and is not part of our property. We kindly ask that guests refrain from using it to respect their privacy.



Access the creek via the trail next to the shed. The path runs close to the neighbor’s property, so please keep to the left side at all times. The creek is located directly behind the house.



Pet Policy:

We love hosting families and well-behaved dogs! For allergy and maintenance reasons, we’re unfortunately unable to host cats.



No Smoking or Vaping: For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking, vaping, or illegal drug use is not allowed anywhere on the property—inside or out.



Quiet Hours: To be respectful of neighbors and ensure a relaxing stay for everyone, quiet time begins at 10:00 PM.



Embracing the Outdoors: Our cleaning team sweeps the deck, stairs, and walkways before each arrival, but due to the natural setting, you may still notice some leaves, pollen, or similar—especially during certain seasons.



Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep things peaceful, even as nature leaves its mark despite our efforts to tidy up.

It’s a cozy spot to unwind and chat with locals and the best part is you can walk back to the chalet from there!.



2. Berkeley Springs State Park (distance from house - 10 mins): One of the most famous attractions in the area. Known for its natural warm springs, the park features historic bathhouses where you can relax in mineral-rich waters. The park also has lovely walking paths, a gazebo, and a beautiful pond.



3. Cacapon Resort State Park (distance from house - 10 mins): Hiking, picnicking, and stunning views of the Appalachian Mountains. It’s an excellent place for outdoor activities like hiking, golf, and wildlife watching. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat, the park’s Cacapon Mountain trail provides an excellent hike with panoramic views.
