„It was adequate for what my husband and I needed for a short quiet weekend. The place was clean, the bed was comfortable and Angela was very responsive as a host. She also left us a complimentary bottle of wine, which was very thoughtful! Just a couple of suggestions... you might consider having some complimentary toiletries/shampoo in the bathroom and more streaming capacity on the TV to allow more shows. All in all, though, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much, Angela!“

„House was cute and fit in Hermann. Stairs to downstairs rooms and upper loft were very steep and narrow. Downstairs bedrooms did not have doors to close them off. House was clean and fit our needs great. The dishwasher did leak a little and there were ants on the counters so storing our snacks took more effort than normal. House is located close to the main part of town to walk if you want but also located at the top of a very steep hill. The house next door to an elementary school so if you are ...

„Hosts were great, helpful and responsive. The Home is amazingly historic and so certainly has its limits, but it should not mean it cannot be warm and comfortable with decor and furnishings. There is no HVAC upstairs so space heaters were fussy to maintain and keep on with timers, etc. There is only two lamps in the home, so all rooms rely on ceiling fan lights - which are effective but do not allow a more relaxed evening or early morning atmosphere. „Small farm town feel. Nice job renovating the location. If you’re looking at cooking or doing in the kitchen, they have everything you need there. Lighting in the bedroom throughout the night. It is pretty light with the street lights as there are no shades so if your used to sleeping in dark rooms that will not happen here. Very historic building we were not there very much other than to just sleep.“
