Grønnegaten 6 Uthus is located in the Sandviken district of Bergen, one of the city's most charming and historic residential areas. Known for its narrow streets, colorful wooden houses, and proximity to the waterfront, Sandviken offers an authentic Bergen experience away from the tourist crowds. The neighborhood has a lovely local feel with bakeries, cafés, and small shops within easy reach. From here, you can walk along the scenic harbor promenade to reach Bryggen and the city center in just 10 minutes.



Getting Around:

Bergen is compact and walkable — Bryggen, the Fish Market, and the city center are all within 10–12 minutes on foot from the guesthouse. The Bergen Light Rail (Bybanen) connects you to the airport in about 45 minutes. Bus stops are within a 3-minute walk for routes across the city. Bergen Airport Flesland is approximately 30 minutes away by car.
