„The little house was freshly renovated, very clean, well furnished and equiped. It is in a good central position for a stay in Berea and environment, even possible to reach grocery store, food without driving. German website mentions washing maschine, but there isn't. We enjoyed the stay very much and will definetely come back when visiting the family.“

„The moment you walk into this house, you will get that cosy feeling of secureness. Very clean, very nicely decorated and fitted with everything you need and more. We had a blast playing the provided boardgames in the evenings. The place is in a quiet, central part of town, close to Berea College, Restaurants and shops. All in walking distance. „This was a great place for family and friends got get together. The cabin and grounds were large enough that we did not feel crowded but we always felt like we were together due to the unique layout of the cabin. We really liked the fire pit in the back. We also enjoyed the hot tub on the second floor. “

„We had 13 in our family group ranging from 4 months to 83, 4 generations for the long labor day weekend. As other reviews mentioned, the property was beautiful! We had plenty of space for everyone. The patio was wonderful, we had warm weather and was able to use the pool some, it was a little chilly due to the cold spell we had but, the kiddos loved it. „Other than the hornets nests on the back deck the property was gorgeous! Wish I could have rented for more than one night! My son (almost 2) took this opportunity to figure out the stairs! Climbed straight from the bottom to the top! The home was so huge, and all the amenities and appliances felt like luxury! Way better than staying in a hotel! If only they had a pool I kept thinking! We are EKy Natives, and this Ky Stay-cation was very needed! Will be making this a summer spot that’s for sure!“

„Property was as advertised and great for our needs. Was able to accommodate part of our baseball team, with games and room outside to get some much needed r&r in between our games. The neighborhood was very nice and peaceful and we even made friends with some of the golfers we saw on multiple days. We ate already planning to play in the same tournament next year and this property would be my first choice hands down! Thank you for hosting us “

„Berea was the middle point for a friend and I to meet up, and this house was perfect for us. It even accommodated my pup. The fenced in backyard was so nice and the house was on a dead end street with a trail at the end that led to a dog park. Despite the heat, we walked that multiple times. Krystin was super responsive, and had a treat out for the pup when we arrived. Would recommend!!“
