Carlisle Cove - Luxury Tiny Home Resort & Dog Park - Free EV Charging - Unit 1

We are a new family owned luxury tiny home resort located in the heart of Benzonia, Michigan.

While we're sure you'll love our tiny home units the location is what really makes us special!

Our 3.4 acre lot is located in the commercial district of town but is also partly surrounded by quiet woods and nature. Our property provides direct side walk access to great local shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. We also feature a large private dog park, playground, gazebo, and free EV charging.

Site Details!


The tiny home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Only registered guests may stay overnight.


Pets Are Welcome!

We love that you brought your furry friends and hope they enjoy Tux and Nova's private Dog Park! Our 1/4 acre fenced in park is available for guests of Carlisle Cove only.

There is no limit on the number of dogs, but please make sure they are comfortable and manageable for your group.

Please clean up after your dogs throughout the property.

Dogs should be supervised and kept under control.

The dog park is available for your enjoyment. Please leave it clean for the next guests.

Please do not leave dogs unattended outside.

To help us keep the tiny home clean, please keep pets off beds and furniture. There is a blue dumpster beyond the dog park facing Tractor Supply.


Fire Pit
--------

The fire pit is available for your enjoyment when weather and local conditions permit.

Firewood is not provided. Guests are welcome to bring their own firewood.
Never leave a fire unattended.
Completely extinguish the fire before leaving the fire-pit area or going to bed.
Please do not move the fire pit.
Burn only appropriate firewood—no trash, plastic, or other materials.

Charcoal Grill

A charcoal grill is available for guest use.

Charcoal is not provided, so please bring your own charcoal and lighter supplies.

Please make sure the grill is completely extinguished and cool before leaving it unattended. Dispose of cooled ashes and charcoal. There is a blue dumpster beyond the dog park facing Tractor Supply.


Parking & Access

Your designated parking area is directly in front of the tiny home/deck.

Please keep the access road clear at all times.

The tiny home is accessed through a shared easement behind Tractor Supply.

The driveway is gravel, so please drive slowly and carefully, particularly after dark.



Enjoying the Outdoors

You are welcome to enjoy the property's outdoor amenities, including:

-Pavilion
-Free EV-Charging (Tesla plug)
-Picnic table
-Fire-pit area
-Outdoor seating
-Tiny-home deck

Please return outdoor furniture and other items to their original locations when you're finished using them.

Children should be supervised when using the swing set and other outdoor areas.

No Smoking

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the tiny home.

Please follow the smoking restrictions listed in the VRBO house rules and dispose of cigarette materials properly.

Quiet & Consideration

Please be respectful of the property and surrounding area.

No parties, disruptive gatherings, or excessively loud music.

You are welcome to enjoy the outdoor spaces during your stay, but please keep noise at a respectful level, particularly during quiet hours.

Trash & Food

Please place all trash in the designated receptacles.

For everyone's safety and comfort, please don't leave food, pet food, or garbage outside overnight. This can attract unwanted wildlife, including bears!
