I am just so in love with this area and if you have not been you truly have to come see for yourself. From James Beard nominated Chefs like Rafael Rios from Yeyo's El Alma de Mexico 🇲🇽 where they use farm fresh ingredients, to world-class Mountain Bike & Road Bike Trails that are like something out of your wildest dreams. This is the coolest small town with big-town amenities I have ever seen in one area.

Guest access
The home is secured with a temporary unique code for your stay with a smart lock on the door. You have access to the entire house and one parking spot in the garage.

Please note the ice maker doesn’t work so you will have to provide your own ice.

Guests have full, exclusive access to the entire 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home and private garage. Feel free to make yourself completely at home! Please note that a few owner's supply closets are kept locked for maintenance and turnover supplies.

We are here to make your stay incredible! You can reach us anytime via the app. We actively respond to messages between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM CST. Any messages received outside these hours will be answered by 8:00 AM CST the following morning.

By Bike: Bentonville is world-famous for its cycling infrastructure! You can easily hop on local bike lanes and trail connectors to reach the Coler Mountain Bike Preserve, Slaughter Pen, and the paved Razorback Regional Greenway.

Public Transit & Rideshare: Rideshares (Uber/Lyft) are widely available. Local bus services through OZARK Regional Transit operate throughout key areas of Bentonville and neighboring towns.

Early check-in and late check-out: We request $50 for every hour late or early. For example, check-in at noon would cost $60. No check-in before noon and no check-out after 1 pm.

Based on the extensive deep cleaning necessary for longer stays, any booking of more than 7 nights will incur an additional $75 cleaning fee that will be requested shortly after booking. This fee covers the additional laundry and time needed to prepare the home for the next guests.
