„The hotel was excellent the manager at the front desk middle aged lady was absolutely rude. Staff at breakfast and Starbucks should be the managers they know what customer service is. Hotel was great , happy hour snacks were for toddlers, goldfish, veggies with no dip, and chips.“

„Great fun! The art is unique and a nice feature, the restaurant has some of the best food around and the bar is open until midnight. The rooms are wonderful, that bed is so comfortable and the pillows are the best in any hotels I’ve stayed at. I’m always a fan of large walk in showers. The only thing missing is a pool and the parking is quite far from the door, especially with luggage. Still stay here every time I come to Bentonville. “
