Welcome to Lakeside Place at Kentucky Lake.

Our privately owned, main-level, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located in the Treetops Condominium Community within Big Bear Resort at Kentucky Lake. Thoughtfully designed with families and friends in mind, it’s a welcoming retreat to relax, reconnect, and enjoy all that Kentucky Lake has to offer.



From your morning coffee to evenings spent watching the sunset, playing games around the table, or sharing stories after a day on the lake, we hope you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. Every detail has been thoughtfully chosen to help you feel at home so you can spend less time worrying about the little things and more time enjoying the people you’re with.

Whether you’re here for adventure on the water, a family getaway, or a quiet weekend away, we hope you leave with full hearts, feeling refreshed, and with memories made one lake day at a time\.

The condo is conveniently located on the main level with just three steps to the entrance. Inside, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and an open-concept living and dining area designed for gathering.

The primary suite features a king bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms each offer a queen bed. One guest bedroom also includes a full-size sofa bed and connects directly to the front bathroom with a tub/shower combination. This bathroom is also accessible from the hallway for added convenience. A mini crib is available for our youngest guests, making family stays a little easier and more comfortable.

Step onto the private balcony to enjoy seasonal views of Kentucky Lake, along with outdoor dining for morning coffee or evening meals. For those who love cooking outdoors, a Blackstone griddle is available for guest use — perfect for lake-day breakfasts, burgers, and easy family meals.

A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. Parking includes one designated space in front of the building and two additional spaces in the rear, accessible by the walkway and steps beside the building.

To help you settle in, we provide a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels. For longer stays, please plan to bring additional supplies as needed. We provide bath towels and washcloths for your stay. For days spent enjoying the lake, please bring your own beach towels.

We also recommend bringing any specialty cooking items you prefer, such as spices, seasonings, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, storage bags, and other personal kitchen essentials. Pots, pans, mixing bowls, and baking dishes are available for your use. A Ninja Foodi Dual Zone Basket Air Fryer is also available for guest use, along with a traditional coffee maker and coffee filters for your convenience.

Enjoy relaxing evenings in with a 65” Smart TV in the living area and 43” Smart TVs in two bedrooms. Guests may access their own streaming service accounts for viewing during their stay. The condo also includes a variety of board games and family favorites for all ages, including Ticket to Ride, Catan, Exploding Kittens, Rummikub, Sorry, Scrabble, Yahtzee, Uno, and playing cards.

Big Bear Resort offers boat rentals, water accessories, and golf cart rentals for guests looking to enjoy time on Kentucky Lake. A fish cleaning station is also available near the marina.

Guests have access to a basketball court located on resort property (please bring your own basketball). A volleyball net is seasonally available as well (please bring your own volleyball).

For boating convenience, a boat ramp is available within the resort. A public boat ramp is also located just past the main entrance near Big Bear Marina and includes a courtesy dock and parking. Nearby, guests can enjoy a public park featuring playground equipment, picnic pavilions, and a fishing dock.
